Special Traffic & Power Block near Kurla o­n 19/20.12.2015

Central Railway will operate a special traffic and power block o­n all 6 lines near Kurla (Kasaiwada) o­n 19/20.12.2015 (Sat/Sun midnight) for construction of 3.66 meter wide foot over bridge in connection with DC-AC conversion.

• Up & Dn slow lines                        from 0020 hrs to 0420 hrs
• Up & Dn fast lines                          from 2345 hrs to 0515 hrs
• Up & Dn harbour lines                  from 2345 hrs to 0745 hrs
• Up & Dn goods & siding lines    from 2345 hrs to 0930 hrs

There will also be two more shadow blocks for following works

• 5 hours block at Vadala Road for shifting of turnout
• 4 hrs 30 minutes block o­n Up & Dn fast lines; Up & Dn harbour lines at Kurla for shifting of foot over bridge girder spans.

Due to this block, certain suburban services will remain cancelled and mail/express trains will be rescheduled / short terminated.  The details are as under

1. A) Suspension of Suburban Services

Main Line:

1.Last Dn local o­n main line will be S-41 (CST-Karjat local) CST dep. 2330 hrs Kurla dep. 2358 hrs o­n 19.12.2015. A-67 (Ambarnath local) leaving CST at 2352 hrs o­n 19.12.2015; N-1 (Kasara local) leaving CST at 0010 hrs o­n 20.12.2015 & S-1 (Karjat local) leaving CST at 0030 hrs will leave from Kurla.

2.Last Up local o­n main line will be S-50 (Karjat-CST local) Kurla dep. 2356 hrs CST arr. 0025 hrs.

3.First Dn local on main line will be N-3 (CST-Kasara local) CST dep 0412 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

4.First Up local o­n main line will be S-2 (Karjat-CST local) CST arr. 0458 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

CST-Panvel Harbour Line:

1.Last Dn local o­n harbour line will be PL-181 (CST-Panvel local) CST dep 2300 hrs and Kurla dep 2328 hrs o­n 19.12.2015

2.First Dn local o­n harbour line will be PL-43 (CST-Panvel local) Panvel dep 0805 hrs and Kurla dep 0833 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

3.Last Up local o­n harbour line will be PL-168 (Panvel-CST local) Mankhurd dep 2138 hrs and CST arr 2255 hrs o­n 19.12.2015

4.First Up local o­n harbour line will be V-20 (Vashi-CST local) Vashi dep 0732 hrs & PL-22 (Panvel-CST local) Panvel dep 0708 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

CST-Andheri Harbour Line:

1.Last Dn local o­n harbour line will be B-87 (CST-Bandra local) CST dep 2323 hrs & AD-83 (CST-Andheri local) CST dep 2307 hrs o­n 19.12.2015

2.Last Up local o­n harbour line will be AD-86 (Andheri-CST local) Andheri dep 2356 hrs and CST arr 0038 hrs

3.First Dn local o­n harbour line will be AD-5 (CST-Andheri local) CST dep 0512 hrs Andheri arr 0554 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

4.First Up local o­n harbour line will be B-6 (Bandra-CST local) Bandra dep 0453 hrs and CST arr 0522 hrs & AD-8 (Andheri-CST local) Andheri dep 0605 hrs and CST arr 06.52 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

1. B) Diversion/Rescheduling/Short Termination of Mail-Express Trains

 Following Up trains arriving CST and Dadar will be regulated till 0400 hrs, diverted o­n Up slow line between Vikhroli and Matunga stations and will arrive destination behind schedule/short terminated o­n 20.12.2015

1.11093 CST-Varanasi Mahanagari Express dep 0010 hrs o­n 20.12.2015 will be rescheduled at 0400 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

2.10103 CST-Madgaon Mandvi Express dep 0710 hrs o­n 20.12.2015 will be rescheduled at 0825 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

3.11301 CST-Bengaluru Udyan Express dep 0805 hrs o­n 20.12.2015 will be rescheduled at 0905 hrs o­n 20.12.2015

Short Terminated Trains

1.11028 Chennai Central-CST Mail short terminated at Dadar arr 0445 hrs

2.16382 Kanyakumari-CST Express short terminated at Dadar arr 0505 hrs

3.51034 Sainagar Shirdi-CST Passenger short terminated at Dadar arr 0550 hrs

4.12106 Gondia-CST Vidarbha Express short terminated at Dadar arr 0740 hrs

5.12138 Firozpur-CST Punjab Mail short terminated at Dadar arr 0815 hrs

Regulated Trains

Other Mail/Express trains scheduled to arrive CST/Dadar from 0345 hrs to 0805 hrs o­n 20.12.2015 will be regulated short of Vikhroli/Thane and arrive destination behind schedule by 35 minutes to 100 minutes.

There will be no Mega Block o­n suburban sections of Central Railway o­n 20.12.2015
